What a good introduction includes
- Who owns the project, and the company that holds it (often a PT PMA).
- The land title — Hak Milik, HGB or a lease — and where it sits.
- The stage: operating, near completion, under construction or stalled.
- How much is needed, what it is for, and how it will be repaid — sales, trading income or a refinance.
- Anything already prepared: budget, cost-to-complete, trading accounts, permits.
A short summary is enough to start. Your client should know you are introducing them.
Once an introduction is in, your client (or you, on their behalf) gets a private project room to upload what already exists — a business plan or deck, sales schedule, drawings, brochure, accounts, land certificate, permits — and we review it before the first call. No forms to fill in.
What happens next
Every introduction is read personally, and we reply to you directly. Once the project’s information pack is complete, an indicative decision typically takes about a week, and legal documentation three to four weeks.
What we don’t do
- Take equity or a share of profits.
- Back projects below USD 500,000 or above USD 5 million.
- Accept capital, deposits or investment from introducers, their clients or the public.
