Ascendure provides short-term, secured completion capital and expansion capital to hospitality and real-asset businesses in Bali and across Indonesia. We back projects that need the last stretch to open, and proven operators ready to grow — in a market where demand is at record highs but the right capital is hard to reach.

No equity — you keep control: we take no ownership stake. We are not a bank, and we do not take deposits or provide capital to the public. Facilities are short-term, typically up to 36 months, secured against the land, the building and existing cash flows.
