Ascendure is a private credit firm. We provide short-term, asset-backed private credit — secured against real collateral — to hospitality and operating businesses in Bali and across Indonesia, where demand is at record highs but the right finance is hard to reach.

We are not an equity investor and take no ownership stakes; we are not a bank; and we do not take deposits or offer credit to the public. We provide short-term, bridge, completion and expansion facilities — typically up to 36 months, with rates from 1.5% per month, secured against hard collateral and existing cash flows.
