Who pays these costs, and when?
The project owner pays the legal and valuation costs.
Ascendure typically asks for half to be paid upfront. That shows commitment and covers the work if the owner decides not to go ahead. The other half can be added to the facility.
What about the pricing of the facility itself?
It is set per project, according to the security, stage, term and exit, and is set out in the indicative term sheet. Nothing here is an offer.
